Charlotte, NC Team

This month we had the joy of hosting our annual college team from Matthew´s United Methodist Church out of Charlotte, NC. As always, it was a great group who worked hard to bless the community of Bocachica doing a variety of construction projects for the mission and several families in the community. Unfortunately there was a 24 hour stomach bug (ie: diarrhea and vomiting) going around and a lot of the team members, as well as some of our staff caught it but they were all troopers and had great attitudes despite the difficulties! Special thanks to Brad and Jennie Hopper, our Matthew´s connection. Brad and Jennie first came to Bocachica as single DTS students on outreach a decade ago and they have been coming back ever since!
